During my time on the marketing team at The RealReal I designed around 30 emails a week. These emails were sent to customers and consigners, which goes hand in hand for an ecommerce consignment fashion company. I worked closely with our email marketing managers to monitor performance, CTO rates and profitability.

At the end of 2018 email marketing contributed to over 40% of The RealReal’s revenue.
